At Studio Glam Hair Company we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

 

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:**

  The Products must be reported as defective within [30] days of receipt.

 The defect must be a result of manufacturing and not due to misuse or normal wear and tear. If this product is faulty due to the company, we will ensure a proper protocol to take care of this issue and to fix any defective product by sending you a new product.
